We are currently accepting resumes for an Equipment Coordinator in Cold Lake, AB. 

The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for providing ongoing support to the equipment group manager and coordinators within the Tartan group of companies.  This includes coordinating rentals and repairs from 3rd party vendors and inhouse for Tartan group of companies

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Must adhere to Tartan Canada Corporation safety policies and procedures
  • Liaise with Equipment Manager, shop and site Coordinators to ensure all equipment requests are accurate and in accordance with Tartan’s processes
  • Review monthly internal equipment billing and report to Equipment manager
  • Monitor Tartan’s montly internal asset billing
  • Validate all equipment requests with Tartan’s suppliers
  • Maintain and coordinate registration and insurance for all Tartan vehicles
  • Renew provincial registrations on an annual basis
  • Request insurance certificates for equipment
  • Manage, track, and update various internal tracking spreadsheets and reports
  • Request invoices and quotes from vendors as required
  • Ensure all equipment purchases and deliveries are coded to the correct business unit
  • Maintain all equipment files
  • Transport parts and assets as needed
  • Willingness to clean interior and exterior of assets
  • Perform other duties as required

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information effectively, high level of accuracy

Qualification

  • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft office
  • Class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
